Bulk Concrete Screws

ASP has launched a range of bulk concrete screws for the installation of windows and door frames, battens etc directly into masonry.
ASP’s frame fixing screws tap directly into brickwork, doing away with the need for plugs or nylon anchors. They provide a secure fixing into a wide range of materials and are suitable for concrete, solid red brick, hollow blocks, natural stone, etc.
The 7.5mm diameter frame fixings are available from stock in lengths from 42mm – 182mm.
They require a 6.0mm – 6.5mm diameter pilot hole [depending on material hardness].

What Are Concrete Screws?
Screws for concrete are designed specially for use in concrete, brick, and masonry. These are essential building tools, providing exceptional strength and durability for residential and commercial projects.
Concrete screws, as opposed to traditional anchors, establish a solid grip on the substrate without the use of extra plugs or inserts. They are made to endure tremendous torque, giving you a firm hold even in load-bearing applications.
ASP offers options tailored for a variety of applications, from heavy-duty construction to smaller renovation projects.
Concrete Screws: Their Uses
Made from stainless steel, our screws for concrete are ideal for both internal and external applications.
Their common applications include:
- Securing door and window frames: Often referred to as concrete frame screws, they’re perfect for ensuring a robust, secure fit for windows and doors.
- Installing safety barriers and railings: Concrete screws hold under pressure, providing great durability and longevity.
- Mounting fixtures and signage: Whether indoors or outdoors, stainless steel concrete screws resist corrosion, offering a long-lasting application for permanent installations.
With a quick and simple installation, screws for concrete are perfect for both professional construction work and DIY jobs. Plus, they reduce task time and are affordable for budget-constraint tasks.
The Key Benefits of Bulk Concrete Screws
Saves Money by Reducing Requirements
Concrete screws don’t require oversized fasteners for a durable installation; they enable smaller pilot holes without compromising strength.
This leads to cost-effective and simpler applications, especially when securing frames or fixtures into concrete. Plus, they have an increased axial load capacity, perfect for load-bearing installations.
Strong Load-Bearing Capacity
Designed to withstand integrity under substantial weight, screws for concrete offer enhanced torque resistance.
This is essential for applications where structural integrity and safety are paramount, such as buildings in high-traffic areas.
Enhanced Resistance to Vibration
Concrete screws’ tightly coiled thread angle guarantees excellent resistance to loosening, even under continuous pressure or movement.
This makes them valuable for applications like machinery installation, where stability is crucial for ongoing operational safety.
Provides Long-Term Reliability
By maximising surface contact within the concrete, the high-thread design of stainless steel concrete screws ensures a long-lasting, secure fastening.
The consistent thread pattern and superior material composition reduce the risk of loosening over time. This is beneficial for high-vibration environments.
For long-lasting solutions, choose ASP for all of your concrete screw needs. We guarantee professional results that stand the test of time.
